Most people planning to work from home are generally under the impression that working from home ensures a stress free life.

They attribute this to the fact that they no longer will have to work under an irritating Boss, an unhappy working environment, unpleasant office politics and also the agony of commuting long distances.

When you work from home there is a tendency to work late into the night and also start working early in the morning.

This is stressful.

To reduce stress it is important that you have a good night's sleep.

Avoid taking coffee or other caffeinated drinks before going to bed.

Finally a word of caution.

Do not be too obsessed with your work.

It is said that "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy".

Always try and find a balance.

Spend more time with the family and also socialize with friends.
